Job Role:

- Handle the preventive and corrective maintenance plan and ensure the quality of maintenance activity to be the most effectiveness.

- Eliminate or minimize machine breakdown to reduce MTBF and MTTR

- Solve the problem when there's a breakdown or uncontrollable within proper time

- Perform improvement and maintenance all machines to support manufacturing operation.

- Analyze and troubleshoot the PLC, Robotic, machinery, and maintenance problems and ensure the effectiveness of functionality.

- Record, analyze, and tracking related data in maintenance

- Operate maintenance activities

Requirement for Mechanical function:

-  Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Metallurgical Engineer or related engineering field.

-  At least 3 years of experience in maintenance function in machinery control.

-  If have experience in Heat Treatment or Iron-Casting will be advantage.

-  Experience of a General Machining Workshop including Turning, Milling, Drilling and Grinding of manual tools.

-  Good Knowledge of CNC.

-  Possess good problem-solving techniques, diagnose breakdowns and perform root cause analysis to prevent a recurrence.

-  Good command of English

Requirement for Electrical function:
-  Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Metallurgical Engineer or related engineering field.

-  At least 3 years of experience in maintenance function in assembly.

-  Able to design Electrical diagram.

-  Good Knowledge of PLC (MITSUBISHI OMRON SIEMENS),SCADA.

-  Knowledge of electrical principles and experience with applying them in a manufacturing environment.

ลักษณะงาน:

• ดำเนินกิจกรรมวิเคราะห์หาสาเหตุของปัญหาที่เกิดขึ้นกับอุปกรณ์ เครื่องจักร และโครงสร้าง เพื่อปรับปรุงประสิทธิภาพให้มีประสิทธิผลสูงสุดโดยใช้เครื่องมือ นวัตกรรม และ/หรือ เทคโนโลยีดิจิทัล
• ดำเนินกิจกรรมออกแบบกระบวนการผลิตเพื่อลดต้นทุน เพิ่มประสิทธิภาพโดยใช้เครื่องมือและเทคโนโลยีดิจิทัล
• ดำเนินการปรับปรุงกระบวนการซ่อมบำรุงเครื่องจักรทั้งเชิงแก้ไขและเชิงป้องกันโดยการใช้ซอฟต์แวร์ใหม่หรืออัพเกรดระบบที่มีอยู่ให้มีประสิทธิภาพ
• จัดทำแผนงานบำรุงรักษาเครื่องจักรโดยใช้เครื่องมือเทคโนโลยีดิจิทัล

คุณสมบัติ:

อายุ : 19 - 25 ปี

• สำเร็จการศึกษาระดับประกาศนียบัตรวิชาชีพชั้นสูง (ปวส.) สาขาอิเล็กทรอนิกส์, แมคคาทรอนิกส์, เครื่องกล, คอมพิวเตอร์
• ยินดีรับพิจารณาเด็กจบใหม่ (ที่เคยฝึกงานในด้านที่เกี่ยวข้อง)
• ต้องผ่านการเกณฑ์ทหาร หรือ จบ รด. แล้ว
• สามารถอ่านและออกแบบวงจรไฟฟ้า/อิเล็กทรอนิกส์เบื้องต้นได้
• มีทักษะทางด้าน Robot, PLC, IoT, Arduino, Python, AI, Data mining
• สามารถออกแบบเครื่องจักรใหม่หรือพัฒนาเครื่องจักรเดิม จะพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
• อัธยาศัยดี ทำงานเป็นทีม ชอบเรียนรู้สิ่งใหม่ ไม่ปิดกั้นเทคโนโลยี มีใจรักการเป็นผู้สร้างและผู้พัฒนา
• มีความกระตือรือร้นในการทำงานและมีความรู้สึกเป็นเจ้าของกิจการ
• มีระเบียบวินัย ความรับผิดชอบสูง สามารถพัฒนาโครงการ จนจบได้ด้วยตนเอง
• สามารถใช้โปรแกรมคอมพิวเตอร์ขั้นพื้นฐานได้ MS Office, CAD
