Responsibilities:

• Managing day-to-day Information System operation, all technical aspects, Infrastructure, Network, Server, Backup & Security, Hardware, Software, and user support.

• Performing disaster recovery operations and data backups when required.

• Troubleshooting, diagnosing and resolving hardware, software, and other network and system problems.

• Plan, implement, administration and maintain IT network environment.

• Document policies and procedures and maintain it up to date when changes occur

• Accountable for IT cyber security policy, backup procedures, and disaster recovery capabilities

• Ensure effectiveness of Corporate Network team on global defined standards.

• Develop action plan, schedule, budget, status report and other management communications intended to improve the status of information security at Company.

• Drive and Promote Digital Transformation (DX activity) to achieve target

• Coordinate with global IT / Regional IT team if required

Requirements:

• Age 30 years old or above
• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology or relevant fields
• At least 7 years of experience in related field.  Preferably in a manufacturing environment
• Good knowledge in information security standards and practices including incident response, security technology & tool
• Experience with programming or data engineering are advantage
• Strong understanding of network infrastructure and network hardware
• Proactive, multi-tasking, self-motivated, systematic thinking, fast learner and willing to contribute and work as a team
• Good command of English, able to communicate effectively
• Good attitude, communication, teamwork, and collaboration
